As an expectant or new mum, your body is subject to physical stresses you may not have encountered before
Physiotherapy can be really vital in the first few days and weeks after your baby is born. Understanding some simple techniques can also help to prevent injury in the first place
The Mummyotherapy site is designed to provide physiotherapy guidance for new and expecting Mummies. Our blogs aim to draw on our own experience as mothers and physiotherapists to provide helpful information that may help you prevent injury or improve recovery times.
We recommend that you always consult with a physiotherapist around any issues you may be suffering rather than use the information on this site in isolation.
