Do you only do women’s physiotherapy?
Whilst our physiotherapists specialise in women’s health, they are all fully qualified physiotherapists with extensive experience working with patients who are male, female, young or old. We are happy to see any member of your family.
Can I claim appointments from my private health fund?
If your private health fund has cover for physiotherapy, then yes. We use HICAPS to allow you to make a claim right there on the spot and only pay the gap. We expect payment on the day.
Do you accept Medicare EPC plans?
Yes we do. You just need to pay the gap.
What if I need to cancel or change an appointment?
If you need to cancel or change your appointment you can do online as long it is 24 hours prior to your appointment. This will allow other needy Mummies to be able to be seen. If you cancel with less than 24 hours, this may incur a cancellation fee. If you are sick or there are extenuating circumstances we will waive the fee.
